IQuisine, now in its ninth year, provides innovative catering to the greater Princeton area.
We seek to combine an international pantry of spices and flavors with fresh, wholesome, seasonal produce to give you our version of the “New American” experience: fusion foods that are healthy and delicious.
Our menu offers a large selection of vegetarian, vegan and classic dishes. We also accommodate a wide variety of specific dietary needs including: gluten free and lactose tolerance preferences.
The kitchen is run by Rodney Mitchell and Hassan Zanzoul and their staff who are aided and abetted by Jill Cook and Colleen Mullen.
