IQuisine, now in its ninth year, provides innovative catering to the greater Princeton area. We seek to combine an international pantry of spices and flavors with fresh, wholesome, seasonal produce to give you our version of the “New American” experience: fusion foods that are healthy and delicious.
Our menu offers a large selection of vegetarian, vegan and classic dishes. We also accommodate a wide variety of specific dietary needs including: gluten free and lactose tolerance preferences.
The kitchen is run by Rodney Mitchell and Hassan Zanzoul, and your events are custom designed by Jill Cook and Colleen Mullen, event catering specialists, to accommodate all your party needs.
Whether you are hosting an intimate dinner party or a workshop for over 500 attendees, Iquisine is able to design a custom menu for your event. As a full-service catering company, we provide you with all your party needs from chafing dishes, glassware to silverware and china. We also have professional servers on staff to assist with set up, serving, bar-tending and clean-up, allowing you, the host, to fully relax and enjoy your event.
